Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@dimuva.com. Please include your order number in your message.

After 24 hours, cancellation cannot be guaranteed, as your order may already be in processing. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has already shipped, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.


30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

How to Return an Item

Email info@dimuva.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Pack Your Item
Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.

3. Send It Back
Ship the return using the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.


Refund Process

  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet return requirements.
  • Refund Timing: Once approved, refunds will be processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be initiated to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. To request an exchange for a different size, color, or product, contact us at info@dimuva.com, and we will assist you.


Order Not Delivered

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us at info@dimuva.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method or a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
